Ridiculous Vessel 51

Ridicuous Vessel 51 may be part of the Signalman Series...  It's hard to say what that fancy head of his is doing.  A sensor?  Receiving signals?  Sending signals?  Cooling fan?  He's busy exploring, and hasn't explained it.
